Help How to automatically turn off notifications from midnight to morning?

I have a Nokia 7.1, and I'd love to have some setting that would allow me to mute everything from say midnight to nine a.m.

Is there an app for that? Or a setting?

Sounds nice. But with do not disturb, I guess the caller gets like a phone off signal. I've got a guy who calls me during night shifts, so I thought if I am awake it'd be good to see his calls, but not get awaken by them, by a ringing signal.

So you want to leave the ring tone or vibration on for other / family / emergency calls but not hear this contact ringing?

I can't think off hand atm. There's probably a simple way.

I haven't used Tasker but understand it can do things like this.
