How to avoid songs autoskipping in HTC V

In HTC desire V dual sim mobile while playing songs through any media player , the songs are skipping automatically before the running song actually finishes.I rebooted my phone twice but still the problem exists and scanned for virus also.Pls help.

Is this the Play Music app from Google or another music player? Does it happen with internet media, such as Youtube or Pandora, as well?
Is this all songs or just certain ones? If just certain ones, which ones are affected?
Does your media app have a blend setting that cuts that last 5-10 seconds off of the song? I know WinAmp had that on their PC app.
