Root How to back up K-9 email.

I just found instructions to restore K-9 email for anyone that uses it. I can't confirm it works yet, but I will update when I try.

I have 10 different emails set-up, so restarting is a pain in the @$$. Hopefully this will work. Now have to find out how to backup Handcent.

Please vote on the k9 code site for this issue to let the devs know its important to fix!
