How to backup my data (Mostly SMS)

Hi,

How can I back up SMS? If I am not mistaken, other apps data can't be backed up yet (I believe this will only be available with Froyo).
Any hint?

I'm using an app called "SMS Backup & Restore". I haven't messed with it too deep but I did have it set up to auto backup my SMS' every night at midnight.

Give that a search. Aside from that, I don't know much

Any feedback from users who have actually restored their SMS after a firmware upgrade?
