how to block callers on galaxyS2 from boost

I cant find a way to block a couple people on my galaxy S2 from Boost

hi,
go into settings/blocking mode and turn it on, after turning it on scroll all the way down click on allowed contacts and select custom and choose the ones you want to be able to contact you while in blocking mode.
