Clean up apps that you don't use?
If you are not rooted then the cleanest way would probably be to back up important data, factory reset, and reinstall the stuff you need. This will clean up all of the caches, including the dalvik cache which an unrooted user can't access otherwise.
I can't promise this will work, but with the information I have it's the best suggestion I can give.
