How I can change the water drip sound when I press the dailing keys on my galaxy note 2

Hi and welcome to Android Forums. 
If you are rooted, you can change the file in system > media > audio > ui to something else. I think the files you need are TW_Touch.ogg and S_HW_Touch.ogg. Remember to keep backups of those files though, just in case.
If you are not rooted, install a third party dialler app from the Play store, there's loads to choose from, and you should be able to change the sounds when you press a number key on your keypad.
