Apps How to capture video from an external webcam on Android slate?

I want to use a slare PC with Adnroid and no built in camera. I'd like to interface with an external webcam and capture its input. Can anyone help?

Actually, I would like to take the video input and stream it to a website.

I don't much care how the webcam is connect to the tablet - USB, RJ45, WiFi, BlueTooth, whatever.

Any ideas, thanks?
