How to change App Themes on LG V 30?

How do you change app theme's? I have pictures in the Gallery.
On my last phone all I had to do was hold down the app,afeather came up and it would then take me to my pic's to add.
I can't figure out how to change these app themes!! with my pick's!!!
HELP!! HELP!! PLEASE!!

Which apps' themes are you asking about? Few apps support theming of any sort, so it would help a lot if you told us which apps you are asking about.

Icon themes are a matter of changing icon pack (if supported by the launcher - if not, change launcher if this matters to you), but that doesn't sound like what you are asking.

You cannot change icons on the V30 like you could with the previous "G" series. LG replaced this ability with their new "app shortcut". I commented on this several months ago, see this link for particulars ...

I use Zedge Wallpaper App
It works great on my LG VS 30 Tablet and my LG Flex (now my oneYr old Grandson's) but Not on my V 30?
I'm not very phone savvy and only bought the V 30 after EVERYONE telling me "It's time to up grade" So I've watched every video on changing the app themes (Chrome,Twitter,Music,Gallery etc) and just can't find out how to change them.
