How do i change my primary Gmail account on my Merto PCS Android phone ?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums 
To change the primary account, you would need to factory reset the phone and register it from scratch, with your other Gmail account.
It is also possible to have more than one account associated with your phone... to do this:
Head to "settings=>accounts=>Add account=>select Google" - from here, you can either create a new account or add an existing account
