How to change single board computer private wifi network to public wifi network over the android app

Hello ,

I have a single board computer. I have been create a private WiFi network in single board computer.
Now my android device connected to private WiFi network, which is creating in single board computer.
So I just want to change single board computer private WiFi network to public WiFi network using android device.
Is there any android app available in google play store. This task done by ring doorbell app. I will share link below . How can I change private WiFi network to public WiFi network in single board computer over the android app.
