How to change speed dial thumbnail image in opera?

Some of the thumbnail images appear blank, is there some way that I can set a custom photo for a thumbnail?
 
Think they are designed for a URL only. The picture shown is usually what the URL uses. For here, you would see the little blue android. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get RID of them in PC Opera. I can delete them out of Boat Browser. I've removed what Boat had and added my own.
