How to change the launcher?

I have downloaded 3 different launchers and am unable to find how to change these on the galaxy S. When I downloaded them it came up with a menu to choose the one I wanted but once I've chosen and selected not to keep coming up I don't know how to find the option to change it now. Can someone direct me in the right direction to show me where the menu for the launchers are please. Thanks in advance.
