How to change your sync-ed email without formatting

I'm not sure there is another way to do this, but this is the easiest and most convenient I have found so..

While looking through the AnyCut Activities shortcuts, I found one that led to Setup Wizard. This activity opens up the setup you interfaced at the beginning. So, if for some reason you want to change the email account you want sync-ed with your phone, just make that shortcut and you're off!

On Hero all you need to do are:

Go to: Settings -> Applications ->Manage Applications ->

Here you have to clear data from
1. Gmail
2. Gmail Storage
3. Gppgle Apps
4. Google talk and Talk services
5. and IM.
