How to clean up my phone?

Alright I've notice my phone is starting to get slower and a little glichy. How can I clean all the junk off of it and make it faster?

Get a cache xleaner app and clean all caches.

Clear the data on the apps you don't use and uninstall them.

Or if you want to start from scratch, factory reset.

Abd you may want to read post #24 at Low on Space? Dump logcat (Even a factory reset doesn't remove the log file.)

Thanks grey I was able to complete the cache dump this way.

There's an app call App Cache Cleaner which can, so it says, delete the cache of the various apps. Is that any different that the process described above?

App Cache Cleaner works. IMHO, Clean Master is a better bet, as it cleans the cache files, but can also release memory taken up unnecessarily. The bad news is, AFAIK, the [phone] must be rooted to use Clean Master fully.
