Help How to come to hold call screen and retrieve a hold call

Hi,

Whenever I hold a call and go back to home screen, how can I come back to the same screen to retrieve this call? There seems to be no option to come back to this screen. If I click phone icon, it shows me dialpad, logs etc but where is the active screen?
