You need to explain what you want better than that...
You don't convert a website into Android.....
You can make it easier for a small device to use it ( view it ) by using the proper programming...
For me, I just put up a plain vanilla advertising site for a friend, all he needed was for folks to view his wooden bowls.
I used WordPress as it automatically accommodates for small screens.
I just did a once thru, and I was done.
