how to create folder in gallery?

You should be able to do it with any file manager. I have been doing it using my PC and Windows Explorer, partly because I back up any newly taken pictures to the PC before organizing on the phone/tablet.

Install QuickPic and use it as gallery.
The app has optionally an explorer mode for to show the albums and is able to create folders (albums) :)
