Do you want to know how to update a custom ROM? Some provide over the air updates, but most you download a newer version and install it using your custom recovery.
Or do you want to know how to update a phone to the latest stock software after it's been customised? The simplest answer there is to return it to stock, then update.
Or do you mean something else which has been lost in translation?
