How to dawnlod app drawer

Try to swipe up on home screen. Some launchers have weird style app drawers which confused me once at 1st, as well..
The app drawer is not a separate app but a feature provided by the launcher. If you can tell us what launcher you are using, or if you don't know what phone you have (because if you don't know it's probably the default one, which depends on the phone) then it will be easier to tell you what to do.
