How to deactivate Bixby button

Cant seem to deactivate the Bixby button on my Galaxy S9 Plus. I went into the app and settings and toggled to switch to the off position, but the button still activates the app. Whats wrong?

Pinch the home screen, swipe to the right onto the Bixby screen and toggle the button to off.

Download BK package disabler, you'll be able to get rid of the absolutely useless bixby.

Thanks ninja899, but as I stated in my original post, I went into the app and toggled the switch button to off and it did not stop the button from working. However, after going back into the app and turning off voice activation, the button now has stopped activating the Bixby app.

I'm currently using this app and it works really well. I used the free version for about a week and it has been the bes. Now With this you can remap any app, I use it for Google assistant but you can use it for whatever app you like
