how to delete and reimport only phone contacts

Because my phone synced with google years ago, I have 6000 contacts in my phone! I don't want to delete them from google, but I don't want to import them all to my new phone (s7 -> s9). When I imported my old contacts, it imported all 6000 of them. I'd like to delete all the contacts in my new phone and reimport just the contacts with phone numbers. Is there a way to do this?

You can always change the settings in contacts to show only contacts with phone numbers.
