How to delete samsung acc if i forgot the password?

Hello,
I bought Samsung Galaxy ACE GT-S5830i. But in phone there is still previous owners messages, phonebook, mail synced to smartphone. And now i need to delete it's Samsung account to factory reset it. Can you guys help? I can't directly delete it. Cause it asks me for password of Samsung account.

Because of it i can't use my SIM card, Call or smth...

Anyone can help?
