How to Deploy Application in Cellular Phone

I am using SonyW200i cellular phone, which supports java.
As per mentioned in documents i have signed my application and after signing application i am getting SIGNED.apk file. And when i paste this file into my cellular phone, that time it does not install in it.

So can anybody help me.
