Apps How to design a Calendar Using Calendar Provider API

Hi I am new to android development

I am working on Calendar App.I want to know few things about android
1)First I would like to know is it possible to design an app look like defauld calendar in device using CalendarView?
2)If yes how any link or tutioral?

I will clarify my statement if needed
