Help How to disable Google notification "View offline in Chrome"

Hi all. My phone (Lenovo A1000) recently displayed a Google notification "View offline in Chrome" (screenshot). When I opened the link, some kind of "Downloads" app opened (screenshot). Any ideas how I can disable these notifications?
