Help How to disable the floating notification circles in Android 9 One UI

Hi there! First post, I'm in needs for help regarding a new feature of Android 9 One UI. I am researching for days now but I cannot find a possibility to disable the floating notification circles which pop up along every notification. They are new in this Android version and first showed up after I updated.
How to I switch them off?

Ooook found it myself. It was not under notification but under advanced features "smart pop-up"
