Help How to do diagnostics on Galaxy Tab S2

on Tab S2 with SIM / dial screen - dial

but what about NO SIM versions - how to do / enter the General Test Mode / diagnostics ?

and what about on Galaxy Tab A no SIM version

Thanks for the info and it works fine. However, having examined the Test Mode, I cannot think of any reason that I'll ever need to check again - am I missing something?
