How to downgrade to Samsung Note 2 running 4.1.2 to 2.3
 
Hi and Welcome

I'm pretty sure that no one will put effort into a custom gingerbread rom for a note 2. You won't be able to downgrade further than 4.1.1 which was the original stock rom released with the note 2.
