Help How to edit Build.prop (without root)

As far i know to edit everything is by root access.
but how is posible to edit build.prop without root acces?
how about make a flashable image and flash by Flashtool? is that possible
the way is to backup entire room via anything and edit build.prop via pc is way to long.
Someone have a nice idea?

Don't even think of touching build.prop unless you know EXACTLY what you're doing, and what you want to achieve.

BTW Why do you want to edit build.prop?

i want to expand my desktop view by change soft key, and enabling adoptable storage so that why i need edit that
