Help How to edit lock screen color?

Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to edit the lock screen color on my Nexus 5. I dont like how it looks dim. The wallpaper on the background looks darker. Was wondering if I could tweak it in a way that the lock screen is completely transparent so that the wallpaper in the background displays in full color. I added to screen shots so you guys could get an idea of what I am talking about. My device is rooted and capable of tweaking. Thanks!

Looks to be the screen brightness. I don't think there's a way to increase the brightness. Try a brighter wallpaper?
