Parse error can mean that the package is incompatible with your system or that it's corrupt. The Google Play store checks for compatibility, but I imagine you're looking for an app that you can't get there. Try some of the other stores like Amazon Appstore.

4shared is full of pirated apps and malware(usually the reason for a parse error). Try getjar or the amazon app store for alternates to google play
