Apps How to emulate camera by using webcam?

Hi, I'm new to Android.

I am using Eclipse 3.51 and can use all Android versions from 1.1 to 2.1. I watched the camera example at ApiDemos, but it only displays chess-board.
I don't have smart phone with android and I want to get the video from my webcam to the emulator.

How can I do that?
