how to enable auto power-on and auto power-off on Nexus 4?

How do I enable auto-on and auto-off my on Nexus 4 turns powers itself off at a specific time in the evening and turns itself on at a specific time in the morning. I love this feature from my Blackberry and I was hoping to have it as well on the Nexus 4, the phone I have switched to recently

I think you'd need an app (search Play) to get the phone to turn off at a specific time. If it can't turn the phone back on, setting an alarm would probably do it.
