how to enable cookies

[Android Question]

Have a samsung tab 2 and somehow cookies have been disabled. Now I cant access web page's
I cant seem to locate in settings how to turn them back on?

On my Galaxy Tab in the browser app, I went to Settings - Privacy and Security. Under Cookies, I checked the box that says Accept Cookies.
