Help How to enable in app purchases?

I'm new to android devices so I need your help

When ever I try to buy anything from inside an app I get error or it just dosnt do anything , so what am I missing? Is there a special app to enable in app purchases?

-I have s7 edge with latest update
-not rooted

Well to get the obvious first, I assume you are connected to the internet.
Have you set up a purchasing account from the Google Play Store??
Are you able to buy from the Play Store with no issues?

I'm connected to the internet and have play store account
Most of the apps are not available in my country and I can only see free apps , so I download my apps as apk from google

Then that's the reason you can't purchase, because the app isn't available in your country in the first place.

Try asking the developers if they will make the app available in your country, they might be able to and it will make everyone happy

You can tie the Play Store down to a country by registering a credit card that's in that country. I have UK Play Store, even though was in China, and now currently in Russia.

If you don't have a card, how can you pay for Google Play, and probably why you're getting an error with IAPs. It accepts prepaid cards, Mastercard or Visa.

I just needed to enable in app purcheses so I can use free Lancet to get the stuff for free
