Hi there I was wondering if anyone know how to enable incoming call setting on Sonyericsson Xperia.

I'm not aware of settings to disable incoming calls!
Check in your phone setting, and especially call forwarding settings, to make sure you haven't got a divert set for incoming calls. Otherwise I would speak to your network provider, as it may be a network rather than a phone problem.
