How to erase data from Android phone completely?

If your phone originally came with Android 6 or later then the internal storage is encrypted. Resetting will remove the encryption key, so any data recovery tool would only be able to see garbage.

If it's older you can encrypt it yourself and then reset it.

So no, talk of "easily being able to recover data" is just the usual Internet mythology.

If "Completely erase all the content" contains your firmware too, flashing a stock firmware would work for you best hopefully as you have a reasonable doubt about being recovered
