Apps How to execute android app functionalities remotely through my php website on my android

I am building an android app to track lost android device, I want to start tracking of mobile device through website how can I implement this functionality. I have written the android code which gets the location of the device when I press the android app button but I want to do this via my website, any help will be highly appreciated.
i am a student and new to android I have to do this task for my final year project, kindly any guidance will be appreciated.
