how to extract .cab and.exe files?

just like the title says. how do i extract .cab and .exe files on windows 7

Why would you want to extract an exe? Just curious...

Not sure how you would do that, but I know Winrar can extract cab files...

Uniextract (free) does a good job on a lot of exe's. If you have WinRar, sometimes you can rename the exe to rar and open it (depending on how the exe was packed).
