How to fetch particular data from a site, while rss feed is not available.

Hi all,
I am new in android as well as java. I want to display specific data from a website in my android application, can anyone tell me how to fetch my desire lines/tag from that site. While rss feed is not available.

@harry: Its a different sort of work what i needed.
In my case there is no excel involves. I need to fetch my desire data from website and ask to display it in a Textview.
