how to fix bluestacks 4 error

i installed latest bluestacks 4 but when i run it.
it gave the following error,

Possibly an incompatibly problem with your particular PC or laptop? Are you using latest version of Bluestacks?

Yes.it is the latest version of BlueStacks
I downloaded yesterday.is it possible to find a fix for it.
