How to fix Error Code 0?

Hello, im new to this forum and i really need help because every time a go to the google play store and install games or apps its tells me that Error code 0.

Please How to fix it....

Many times, these errors can be fixed by clearing data of the play store app. To do so, go to settings, apps, play store, storage, clear date, agree to the warning. Now try downloading again.
