How to fix ir blaster

Try a cache partition wipe:
Then,go to the I-R Blaster app (PEEL REMOTE) under Settings > Applications > Application Manager,clear all the data for the app & start over/re-program the app.
 
Which apps are you using the ir blaster with? it may be that the blaster is working but the apps are not compatible with the update.
