Help How to fix my phone?

I recentley installed the new update for my phone(LG G3) and it has completely broken my phone. It wont give me notifications and everything REFUSES to load. I want to check my email? Nope loading screen that wont go away. I cant even access the play store. Its just a white screen with the words Play store at the top.

How the hell do I fix this?

Do a factory reset and that should fix everything.

Make sure you back up anything important first though.
