Guys pls help,i restarted my phone to factory reset,because it keeped bugging and turning off out of blue.So when i restarted it,it won't instal,curretly it's bugget at "select language",i've been trying to click "start" for the past 5 minutes.
Could you let us know what phone you have? And, do you know what version of Android it was running when you factory reset? Ultimately you may need to reinstall the factory firmware with Kies or Smart Switch (but that's going to depend on the phone)
