i didn't know what happen, my 4.4 android, when it start or even press any key, it start at factory mode, i can't use volume up and down to select recovery/ factory reset in system recovery mode, what should i do?
i can't use the phone right now from the issue
1.it haven't rooted, anyway, it's no respond in the way as mentioned
2.power button pass at factory mode test key, only volume up and down have no respond
the power button also can't turn off the phone in factory mode, it work fine if it's running normal ( no factory mode staring occur)
