How to fix this problem?

I am using CyanogenMod 12.1 and I was messing around with the settings. Now, a red border flahes every now and then when I am using my device and I don't know how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

I think you've turned on one of the indicator options in Developer, like flash red every time it or you is doing something. Which one it is, don't actually know for sure.

Think that's why in Lollipop, i.e. CM12, it's got "Tap 7 times to be a developer.", because usually the developer menus are hidden otherwise, to try and keep the unwary (non-developers) out and things like this happening.

Yes, it was something in the developer options but I tried everything but it won't reverse back to normal.
