oh it is a tweak to speedup phone sir thats it is it add build.prop tweaks to enable the phone more faster and disable boot anination which can later be enabled by chaging it to 1 and gives canera quality 100%

You should really explain all that in the original thread, as well as list any root requirements and settings. Simply posting a zip file and asking users to trust it without any explanation isn't a good practice.
