How to flash a A95X box to another.

I have a Netbox A95X android tv box that is dead. I have tried to reset and it will not come alive. There is a little red light on in the front only. I have a new A95x box is there a way to flash it to the dead box?

There have been a couple of unverified reports of this but I doubt their veracity.
If you can't get your bricked box to boot into recovery mode there's no way you can root the device prior to the cloning procedure.
